After graduating from South Dakota State University with a degree in dairy manufacturing, Eric (the owner) worked for a few large dairy companies in various management positions.
Wanting more out of life instead of a 9-to-5 job, Eric found a run down dairy farm that he and his kids slowly have been cleaning up. A devastating arson in February 2007 set them back a few years, but now they are up and running.

Wanting to produce the best milk possible for their line of dairy products, they have only registered, purebred Jersey cows and Lamancha goats. The animals, which all have names, are being bred to produce a more flavorful dairy product utilizing the feed (our own custom blend of grasses) that is grown on the farm.

Ivy, Eric's teen daughter, is in charge of all of the feeding and watering of the animals. He likes to call her the "nutrition specialist."

Walker, Eric's teenage son, is in "manure management." Meaning he is in charge of cleaning the barns 2 times a day to provide a clean, comfortable environment for the animals.
